Personally I can’t believe it’s July already. This year is speeding up and the 2nd half always goes by faster that the first six months in my opinion. On that note, let’s get busy! Come on in and get inspired!

German Glass Glitter Vintage Bulb Ornaments

German glass glitter is one of my favorite mediums to use on craft projects. It is such an amazing material with all the vintage vibes I love oh so much, plus it adds patina with time which makes it even more fantastic. I use it on a few projects here. It was the perfect application for these vintage Christmas glass bulbs. Check out to you see how these looked like before.

Book Print Decoupaged Ornaments

A decoupage treatment is such an easy application which transforms so many pieces. Using book print pages is also a favorite technique I use for so many projects around here. You can find inexpensive books at thrift stores, garage sales or at the Dollar Tree. I added some inking and glittering techniques to give it that vintage flair. I tend to use these ornaments as bowl fillers rather than on my trees. They also look great inside a cloche.

German Glass Glitter Snowflake Ornaments

Here is another Glass glitter ornament application, using plastic Dollar Tree snow flakes. Gotta love a super easy and super inexpensive project that looks high end. I have used these snow flake glitter ornaments in so many different ways. As ornaments obviously, also as napkin rings, and mug charms.

Wreath DIYs

Pinecone Square Wreath

Pine cones come in so many different colors, shapes and sizes, making them so fun to work with in different projects. This square wreath is a fairly simple craft with great organic texture. I kept it simple but you can dress it up with a ribbon or with other decor accents. Always make it yours.

Organic Christmas Wreath

Although I would not recommend to make this wreath in July for Christmas time since the materials are all natural and mostly perishable, but it can inspire another creation using faux materials. The latter allows you to use the wreath year after year rather than just for one season. Although I do love the organic vibes, and I thoroughly enjoyed this wreath for a couple of months the year I created it.

Decor DIYs

Book Print Christmas Trees

Once again book pages make a great muse for these Christmas trees. Three different styles play so well off each other. And believe it or not the pages have aged over the years, giving them a great patina. Paired with some thrifted silver pieces they have a great vintage vibe.

Faux Gingerbread Houses

These faux gingerbread houses were a project from last Christmas, and I hope to make more this year to grow the village. The little houses started out as Dollar Tree pieces, which looked drastically different before. You could also find little houses at thrift stores to transform into sweet gingerbread creations.

Burlap Candle Ring

This is also a project from last year, which I used all the way through the end of winter. I can’t wait to use this from November through the end of January this year. It actually started as a burlap leaf mini wreath in the fall, and I easily transformed it into the candle ring, but it could still be used as a wreath if you wish.

Burlap & Pine Cone Garland

This is another super versatile piece you can use from September all the way through the end of the winter months. You could actually use it more depending on where you live and your decor style. I love the rustic feels which can be paired with so many decor styles, allowing for different looks.

Table Top DIYs

Crown Napkin Rings

These crown napkin rings were inspired by the three wisemen for the Epiphany. They could also be easily used for Christmas in honor of our King born on Christmas Day. I love all kinds of napkin rings but they can get expensive; making your own helps in that department.

S&P Shaker Snow Globes

This is probably one of my oldest crafts. Once again I used the German glass glitter on the tops, plus bottle brushes are also a favorite of mine. These mini glass globes are fun pieces, which can be used in many ways. They make great decor pieces for your Christmas kitchen or dining room, also they make great accents for a table styling, and are perfect accents for a hostess gift.

Glass Ornament Wine Charms

These ornament glass charms are a super festive way to dress up glassware during the holidays. I always did this for our annual Christmas parties and it set a happy vibe for each guest. All you need are mini ornaments and pretty ribbon and voila! you have unique drink charms with all the holiday cheer.
