an old, shabby dresser refurbished into an outdoor sideboard
Hello friends! Today I am sharing a furniture remodel I just finished. I created a patio sideboard for all my outdoor tabletop needs from an old dresser we had kicking around. I love how this refurbished dresser has a new lease on life.
The Church Pew Bench
For those who have been here awhile, you have seen the vintage bench outside on my front porch. For those who are new, let me introduce you to my Church pew bench {wink}.
étagère plant stand update
I love clustering pretty pots and beautiful blooms on the green, metal étagère that sits in a corner in our back patio. Styling this plant stand is always a fun and satisfying project every year. If you have been around here awhile, you’ve seen it many times before, but if you’re new here then I hopeContinue reading “étagère plant stand update”

I have been sprinkling Fall fairy dust around the house and I wanted to share today my parent’s antique secretary desk dressed up for Autumn. For other Fall feels around here, I also recently shared my Fall rustic mantel and before that I shared my early Fall foyer. For the secretary desk I used threeContinue reading “secretary desk dressed up for fall”

While perusing Pinterest forContinue reading “extraordinary moss decor”
working at Whim House
Last year I started working part-time at a little home and garden boutique in our quaint down town. It’s right on the Main Street amongst other boutiques, restaurants, wine bars, etc. Sounds awful, right? lol. I love it! It’s only a few days per week and Mr. Masterpieces actually class it my hobby. I love working at Whim House.
monday musings
Yes, I’m back. Yes, it’s been awhile. And yes, once again, I have great plans. I’ve primarily used this blog in the past to keep family & friends back east, in Uruguay and wherever else they may be abreast of our doings in California. I will continue to do that ‘cuz it does maintain someContinue reading “monday musings”
