Hello friends. Welcome to a seasonal table, please take a seat and join me. This leaf inspired table styling is all about the Fall feels. Leafy details pop up all around the table to set the Autumnal tone.

Autumn is also called Fall in the USA because the leaves fall from the trees during this time of year. On that note, I am taking mother nature’s cue and styling a Fall table with leaf inspired touches.

the inspiration for the leafy table
The main inspiration for the table are the DIY leaf chargers I just created from Dollar Tree floral picks and gold chargers. I will share the DIY in a subsequent post, but for today we will simply enjoy them in this leaf inspired table scape.
If you don’t want to miss out on any of the upcoming projects you can subscribe to receive all my new posts to your in-box.

There are other leaf touches like the Hester & Cook leaf place cards and the leafy dough bowl centerpiece. Earlier in the season I shared an Autumn Leaves tray styling which you can see here {Autumn leaves on a tray blog tour}. Leaves are a great muse for the season.

details about the leafy inspired table
Plate Stack Details
The bed of leaves, aka DIY leaf-y charger, sets the stage for the plate stack, which is also topped off with a paper leaf as a place card.

- Leaf Chargers {DIY}
- Citation Lace Dinner Plate {Lenox}
- Limoges Accent Plate {Thrifted}
- Leaf Place Card {Hester & Cook}

I simply printed everyone’s name on the die cut paper leaves. I used the font Bromello at a point size of 125. These are the people who will grace our Thanksgiving table this year so I will be using them for our Turkey Day table as well. Plus these folks frequent our table often so I will probably use them time and time again.

Place Setting Details
I tried to keep all the place setting details nature inspired to coordinate with the leaf theme. This includes horn flatware to bark napkins rings.

- Assorted Horn Dinner Knife & Fork {Laguiole}
- Etched, gold rimmed water glasses {inherited}
- Everyday wine glasses {Riedel}
- Brown Print Napkins {Maison d’Hermine}
- Bark Napkin Ring {Amazon}

Centerpiece Details
I loaded a dough bowl with all the leaves I foraged throughout the season. The loose leaves were from the Autumn Leaves tray vignette and the branch was from our backyard, which I think Misty foraged. Did you get to meet Misty? I shared her the other day here {meet Misty – the tale of a silver Labrador retriever}.

- Vintage Bread Board {France}
- Wooden Dough Bowl {Southern Living @ Home}
- Leafy Branch {foraged}
- Leaves {foraged}
- Frosted Pine Cones
- Smokey Gold Foil Glass Votives {Whim House}

final thoughts about the leafy inspired table
I hope you enjoyed your time at our table. We love to have guests. We usually host Thanksgiving so I’m deciding whether I will use these new leafy chargers or stay true to my tradition of my parents’ vintage copper chargers. Stay tuned, I’ll share our Thanksgiving table scape once I finalize it.

I’m really loving how these leafy chargers turned out and they look good around the table by themselves even when a table isn’t set. I have more Fall inspired posts coming your way, sprinkled with Christmas magic in between. I like to keep Fall inspired decor until we get through Thanksgiving since we host at home, but I am also eager to get to some Christmas goodness! Thanks for stopping by.
