Miss M and I are big fans of the posset dessert and last year we decided to create a cranberry posset recipe for the holidays. The sugared cranberries was the perfect garnishment and here we are.

These sugared cranberries are special jewels, which make so many things that much better. They are perfect to add a level of specialness during the holiday season.

Cooking Pro Tip: Always read a recipe all the way through before starting. Then re-read the recipe and assemble all your ingredients so you are fully prepared, knowing all the things you need (ingredients and tools included).

Cooking Pro Tip: By Prepping all your ingredients and organizing assembly style, it makes cooking easier and more enjoyable.

Sugared cranberries are a perfect naturally sweet and sour garnish for many desserts. They look very pretty and refined on many desserts including parfaits, cookies, cakes and more.

These sugared cranberries make a great accent for many cocktails and mocktails as well. They can be fun for the big and the small. Not only do they look great in individual beverages plus they are great for punch bowls, sangrias and flavored waters.

The tart and sweet combination makes these sugared cranberries a great addition to a charcuterie board or as a garnish on a canapé. The burst of flavor is always a pleasant surprise with the sweet and tart combination.

If you’re a cranberry fan these are fantastic on their own. Simply put a bowl out with your appetizers or buffet bar. The sugared cranberries would also make a great addition tossed in a salad or sprinkled on top of a casserole.

Using easy and simple garnishes like these sugared cranberries elevates anything it accompanies. It’s a great addition to your Thanksgiving and holiday menus. You can incorporate them from the beginning of the meal in an appetizer or salad, or during the meal as an accent to side dishes and of course as a perfect garnish for your desserts. Plus don’t forget those festive and yummy beverages.
