september workshop

The theme/technique this month is buttons vs ribbon or ribbon vs buttons, to be fair.  Basically we will create two 2-page 12×12 layouts, using the same sketch, but replacing buttons and ribbons as the primary embellishment.

So for instance you get this:

and these are the supplies we will use:

• jenni bowlin vintage red theme paper pack set

• jenni bowlin vintage red journaling cards

• prism black card stock

• sizzix die cut machine (fonts & hearts)

• stampin’ up! curly label punch

• fontwerks ez red rubber mount stamps – henna

• tim holtz ranger distress ink – black soot

• ribbon

• buttons – random assortment (red, black & white/clear)
