Inspiration for a Pearly White Heart Wreath
If you’re a regular reader, then you are aware of my pearl obsession this past holiday season. Well, the holidays might be over, but the pearls are still going strong around here. And here we are. Pearls are classic and timeless and by using a white color palette it makes for a neutral accent piece, which can be used beyond Valentine’s Day.
How to Make the Yarn & Pearl Heart Wreath
Although I chose to make this heart wreath a neutral color palette, you could use pink yarn and pearls for a more seasonal accent. Or use any color you prefer, which coordinates with your personal decor style. Always stay true to yourself and invariably your home will fill cohesive and intentional.

Tips & Recommendations to Keep In Mind
Color Me Fabulous
This tutorial shows my colors of preference from the yarn to the ribbon, but feel free to adapt it to fit your own style and decor. The loopy yarn comes in an array of colors, which can adapted to many different looks. More options can be found in the shopping section below.
Size Matters
This wreath is 12-inches which is perfect as a door wreath but smaller versions can be created to accent cabinets, hang on chair backs or decorate shelving. The possibilities are endless. Heart crafting forms come in varied sizes and I included a few in the shopping section for your convenience.
It’s Hot, Hot Hot!
When wrapping the loop around the wire form and using the hot glue gun, I recommend using the upmost caution. The glue easily seeps through the yarn and can burn your fingers so I highly recommend silicon finger protectors for this project. The finger protectors also allow a stronger grip to the wreath, helping adhere the yarn securely.
