just a bouquet of flowers

So last Friday Mr. Masterpiece surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

Just because.  For no reason.  Totally unsolicited.

Now don’t get me wrong,  we’ve been together for over 20 years so during that time he has brought me plenty of flowers but they’re usually attached to an occasion or sentiment.

But it’s wasn’t our anniversary, it wasn’t my birthday, not valentine’s day or mother’s day, we’re not pregnant or anything, thank goodness for that, lol, but you get the picture…

…just because…

AND not only did he bring me flowers but they are perfect for ME.  No reds or pinks, just lots of creams and greens.

He knows me so well…sigh…and this is one of the many reasons I love him so.
