It’s no secret that I love using book pages to create unique, crafted pieces. This post is full of easy and creative book print Christmas decor ideas. I’m pulling this from the archives, and I still use all these pieces to this day.
It’s not surprising I inject book print Christmas decor ideas into our home. The nostalgic, rustic vibes the old pages give off is everything.

The latest tree creation is the one topped off with the glittery star, which is a simple craft using a foam tree as the base.
Pieces of ripped book pages are simply decoupaged all over the foam tree, overlapping to cover the entire base. You can achieve an antiqued or aged look, by simply inking the edges of the book page pieces.
The tree gets a light dusting of glitter to give it a bit of sparkle right before the last layer of decoupage medium is fully dry.
The staggered square book print pieces book in the background is super easy to make. Simply cut square pieces of book pages in consecutive, alternating sizes. For example, 1-inch x 1-inch squares, 2-inch x 2-inch squares, 3-inch by 3-inch squares. The squares stacked at different angles on a wooden skewer from largest at the bottom to smallest at the top form the tree shape.
Stick the wooden skewer in a foam block as a base at the bottom and attach your topper of choice. I chose a bullfrog clip from my craft stash as a topper to accentuate the book motif. Then the last tree is made from a cheap paperback novel by simply folding all the pages into a tree form, and adding an ornament as a tree topper.

Plastic ornaments can be found at most craft stores, and easily transformed using the same techniques. Simply apply decoupage medium, ink, glitter, and Viola!
Ribbon accents on the hangers add extra texture and detail plus the combination of round and tear drop shaped ornaments also adds interest. These book print ornaments make great bowl and glass cloche fillers.
