Read entire recipe and assemble all your ingredients and tools
Mince garlic cloves
Combine all dressing ingredients and mix well until dressing is emulsified
Set dressing aside and make salad
Slice and chop cabbage to bite size pieces
Fill salad bowl with cabbage and set aside
Slice scallions using all white section and 2/3s of green section
Peel carrot and use grater to shred carrot
Slice Persian Cucumber
Add scallions, carrots and cucumbers on top of cabbage in salad bowl
Add peanuts, edamame, baby corn and wonton strips to salad
Roughly chop cilantro
Add cilantro on top of salad ingredients, setting about 2 tablespoons aside for garnish
Add dressing on top of salad and toss thoroughly
Once salad and dressing are melded together add remaining cilantro and sesame seeds to taste on top as garnish
