the tooth fairy

Fairy dust grungeVisited our house for the 2nd time on Saturday night.  Here’s the evidence.  Pink pixie dust all over Lexi’s bed.  That’s right.  Lexi lost her 1st tooth (bottom left) at the ripe age of 5!  And some of you might remember that Sebastian lost his first tooth not too long ago (yes, Sebastian is 8).  But to his defense he was only 7 when he lost his tooth (bottom right) and Lexi is a few months away from being 6 and he can rightly say it was last year.  We’re all going to remember it as 2009 vs. 2010, right? Not that it was merely 2 1/2 months apart.  If you want to reminisce you can read about it here.  Anyway, back to the regularly scheduled program.  Lexi’s tooth has been loose for awhile, but it became VERY loose on Friday.  SO loose that she might swallow it or the such.  But luckily this did not happen and hence the nightly visit of our most generous tooth fairly.  Here is Lexi with her loot.

Love that smile.  Not too gappy just yet.  We’ll see what the future holds, but the tooth fairy might have to adjust her going rate at the Materazo household.

So what does one do with a bunch of teeth?  Pray tell.
