Starting with Memorial Day weekend through Flag day and the Fourth of July, including the rest of the Summer season, patriotic decor is perfect to sprinkle throughout home interiors and beyond. Today I am sharing how easy it is to use baseballs to infuse all the patriotic feels in our home decor.

Baseball is coined America’s favorite pastime for a reason, giving all the Americana feels. It’s a great outing for sunny summertime days. Baseball is recognized as an American sport and is cherished across the country, starting with Little League and woking itself all the way to the fan favorite Major League Teams.

From a single ball strategically placed in a display to a cluster of balls showcased in unique vessels is an easy way to inject all the patriotic Americana vibes.

Simply pile a stack of baseballs in a bowl and you have an instant centerpiece. Don’t need a centerpiece? Use the bowl as a decor accent on a sideboard, coffee table, entry chest, etc. It’s easy to assemble and instantly provides patriotic charm.

Glass cloches create an air of mystic for whatever is enclosed inside. By displaying baseballs inside glass domes it immediately elevates the feeling of Americana nostalgia. The baseballs instantly become more interesting simply because they are enclosed under glass.

Tiered trays are fabulous decorating vehicles since they capitalize on vertical space, providing opportunity to display varied items. Galvanized star napkin rings, a felted red white and blue garland and a cluster of baseballs create a subtle patriotic display on a dining room sideboard. Easy, but on point.

A dough bowl is a great decorative piece to have for your home. It has decor super power, which can be piled high with so many different elements. It’s perfect for seasonal decor. Piled high with baseballs is super cozy and charming for patriotic decor.

Just like the glass cloches, apothecary jars are great pieces to showcase seasonal decor. Simply placing a collection inside apothecary jars creates a fun and festive atmosphere.

Baskets are charming on their own and can be used for so many different displays. A wire basket here stuffed with old baseballs and a mason jar full of flags is a great decor vignette for the 4th of July or any patriotic holiday.
