Now that my tablescape is finalized and my menu is pretty much set I wanted to make sure our home welcomed our guests in style.

I added a thankful touch to my favorite wreath for our front door.
I like a simple wreath.

This was my inspiration and I adapted it to my vision.

I just printed “give” “thanks” on a wood grain image background on plain paper & adhered it to chip board.
I used my favorite font (traveling typewriter} added an eyelet & twine to hang it in the wreath. viola!

I dressed up the cast iron urns with grapevine wreath from Trader Joes. I love these. They make the perfect nest for my garden orbs.

I used cuttings from our euphorbia plants to trail around the garden orbs.
I got these orbs on clearance at Target & I love them!
I got them for a steal & can’t wait to dress them up through the seasons.

I included some large pine cones & small pumpkins nested inside the orbs.

I decorated the outdoor lanterns with burlap bows & pine cones.

Next week I add some greenery & baubles to transition right into Christmas.

I brought a fern in a galvanized bucket from the back patio since it’s doing so well.

Did you notice the cocktail on the bench?
I had Mr. M make these so we could test them for Thanksgiving.
A pomegranate sparkling cocktail. Yummy. But i’m not sure.
We’re also going to test a pomegranate martini tomorrow. I’m having a thing with pomegranates right now.
Once we determine the elixir of choice the menu will be 100% set.
I have my shopping list done. I have about 1/3 of my shopping completed. I will finish it off tomorrow.
Here are all my Thanksgiving organization tips I shared last year.
Happy Preparations!
