get organized and BE INSPIRED

the reasons i scrapbook:

Mission_statement Mission_statement_back_2

This is my mission statement in my creative space.  It was one of my first assignments for get organized & be inspired or GOBI as the cool kids call it with Wendy Smedley at BPS.  I’m hoping it works some magic soon because I’ve lost my mojo at the moment.  I hate that!  There’s creative block, or major disorganization, or not enough time & energy or all of the above.  The latter, being where I’m at right now.  I know the root of my problem at this very moment ~ juggling too many projects.  Workshop samples, valentines day projects, class assignments, regular scrapbooking, plus my kids’ projects.  I think it’s time to make a list….  remember this post.
Anyway, I have NOT dedicated as much time as I should to this gobi class….YET.  It goes through the end of March so I’m hoping to get my act together, since clearly it’s something I need, and hence why I took the class in the first place.
I chose to use a Hambly transparancy for my mission statement since where it hangs it can be viewed from both sides.  On the back I just have a Heidi Swapp flower with a Basic Grey monogram.  Some of the other supplies I used on my mission statement are:  Bazzill cardstock with an edge, Heidi Swapp XL ghost clock, Making Memories shimmer letter stickers, Fancy Pants jornaling card, Stampin’ up! pearls & small flower, Melissa Frances decorative scroll corner… to name a few.
Stay tuned…

Great banner, mj! Love the hambly’s, of course. 😀 Can’t wait to see your space once it’s set up.

Oh, wanted to add ~ I’m going through the same… juggling projects for March classes, 3 sets of 5 two page layouts for sale, a layout for a pub call, personal self portrait album… sometimes the mojo just leaves. 😛 I’ve learned for me, to just ride it out and d other things. If I take a break, and search of inspiration. Things flow a lot faster when I come back. 🙂 Good luck.
