I am so in the mood for all things spring! How about you guys? One of my favorite things I love to do with family and friends is to break bread together. It’s one of the great joys in life to me. In honor of spring, I am sharing how to style your table for spring 12 different ways. Hopefully it will inspire you to set a pretty table for your loved ones this season.

We have had record setting rains and winds in Northern California this winter. And although we do have a few rainy days forecasted in a few days, the weather has definitely turned to warmer days, and I can feel the spring weather pushing itself into our life. Happy dance!

#1 forced spring bulbs tablescape
Nothing screams spring more than bulbs pushing through the dirt and smiling up at us with their pretty blooms. This table was inspired with some daffodil and paper white bulbs.

I echoed the spring feels with floral napkins and spring green ball jars as beverage glasses. The boxwood wreaths at each place setting also reinforce the fresh botanical vibes.

#2 spring fling tablescape
Placing simple blooms marching down the table sprinkles spring fairy dust on all the guests.

This is truly a simple way to make a big impact. Use the same bloom down the middle of the table, giving each place setting a glimpse and making everyone feel special.

#3 great spring table setting idea
What better way to make your guests feel special than by giving each one their own special floral arrangement. It can be a simple stem; it does not have to be anything complicated.

By sprinkling these individual floral arrangements at each place setting, it takes the pressure off of the centerpiece.

#4 lemon inspired kitchen tablescape
Bright sunny yellow flowers and lemons set a great color palette for this cheery table styling. Yellow is a happy color and makes me smile.

Fruits are great accents for any table styling and these lemons are the perfect muse. Our Meyer lemon tree always goes gangbuster through the end of winter to beginning of spring, which gives us so many lemon-y opportunities every year.

#5 yellow & gray tablescape
Speaking of yellow, the yellow and gray color combination, it’s a favorite of mine. This table styling speaks to all the cheery yellow feels that puts me in a spring like mood.

The linens and dried flowers not only set the cheery tone, but also add so much texture to this table styling. I love the happiness of the yellow, but the gray tones it down a bit, giving it an air of sophistication.

#6 a bohemian tablescape
It’s no secret that gray has been at the forefront of home design for over a decade now, and it of course spills onto the table top scene. This boho table has a ton of texture and plays with different layers of the gray scale.

I love the whole gray scale from a deep graphite to a pale, almost white, gray. This pairs nicely with organic feels like these fresh herbs and lavender from the garden. I love harvesting from our garden when I cook, but to make pretty stylings like this really makes my heart sing.

#7 copper-y spring table
I used these pretty blooms from the rosemary bush in the garden in this early spring tablescape I shared last month.

I love how the bluish, lavender blooms play with all the green glass and copper goodness. It gives me all the on trend spring vibes.

#8 spring vibes tablescape
Keeping up with the purple hued blooms, this table has it all. I love these mini cloches, and I’m think I need to bring them out for a new table soon.

The green bottle collection on the chippy shutter is always a favorite fresh look, which just needs pretty blooms to shine.

#9 casual farmhouse dining tablescape
When I don’t have time to get my hand on fresh blooms I turn to mossy options, which I always have on hand. Moss always gives me the organic, fresh vibes, which is a great muse for spring themed tables.

Moss elements are fresh and vibrant, but the best part is that they are easy! If you like to use moss on your table too you might find this post interesting {eye-catching ways to add moss to your tabletop}.

#10 a mossy tablescape
Having mossy elements and fresh blooms is a bonus spring table bonanza!

I love all the freshness and layers of texture on this table.

#11 bee theme tablescape
Bees go hand in hand with fresh flowers, and spring is the perfect spring board for a bee themed table.

The bee motif is very French, and we all know how much we love that! Next month we celebrate World Bee Day, and stay tuned for a bee inspired project.

#12 garden party tablescape
Spring brings us to our gardens, so a garden themed table is an inspired project.

Little garden themed elements like the gardening gloves, floral sheers and indoor garden tools adds fun details to the themed table.

gathering and mingling into the warmer months
As the weather warms up, and it brings us outside more often we will start dining outdoors. This post provides more insight into setting a pretty table in our outdoor living spaces.
