There’s a little bit of everything, and I hope some of them resonate with you and provide some inspiration for your holiday|winter tables.

Please grab your beverage of choice and pull up a chair and enjoy this Christmas in July tablescape ideas frenzy 🙂.
a traditional Christmas tablescape

Fine china, sterling silver and crystal glassware set the tone for this traditional Christmas table.

The stars of the show though, are the wooden holiday words at each place setting, which are beautifully made and set the festive tone for the table.

Although I was a traditionalist for years, and I love many traditional customs, decor and ideas, my tastes have evolved through the years.
a vintage Christmas tablescape

I love bottlebrush trees. In fact, I believe I love them too much since my collection keeps growing, but this centerpiece forest of neutral toned bottle brush Christmas trees gives me all the nostalgic vibes.

In addition to the trees, there are bottle brush wreaths at each place setting. I enjoy adding a token at each place setting in many of my tablescapes, which sometimes it’s a decoration like on this table, and other times it’s a favor each guest can take home with them.

Emerald greens, blacks and whites are part of the place setting palette, while the centerpiece remains very muted. The fabric chargers are actually a DIY from years ago, which you can read about here {DIY plaid chargers & tablescapes}.
an organic Christmas tablescape

This tablescape is very non-holiday specific. The only nod to the season are the pine greenery in the floral arrangements and the botanicals in the candles.

This tablescape can easily be adapted for many occasions and seasons.

a whimsical Christmas tablescape

This is a super joyful and cheerful tablescape, which always makes me smile. It would be perfect for a kid’s table at Christmastime.

The whimsical farmhouse truck in the centerpiece and the woodie wagon placemats make for a light and fun Christmas table.

a boho Christmas tablescape

This is our Christmas table from last year showing a glimpse of the boho kick I have been on lately. I love the vibe of this table with all the non traditional Christmas colors.

Actually this table could be for any festive occasion since there is nothing that says Christmas. Unfortunately, I do not have a post dedicated to this table so these are the only pictures I have to share.

three tablescapes that can be set past the holidays into the new year
snowflake tablescape

Snowflakes and snowballs give this table all the winter vibes. Each place setting is topped off with a German glittered snowflake, which you can read how to make here {Christmas crafting in July}. Snowballs are piled high in mercury glass compotes through the centerpiece.

The color palette is kept tight to winter whites, silvers and grays. I hope it evokes wintery scenes, with drifts of snow banks.

wintery tablescape

This table is inspired by the Christmas picks, which I have never used as Christmas decor by the way. I actually bought them with a tablescape in mind, which you can read all about it in the original post.
Remember you can read all the details on the original posts by following the links below the photographs.

All the wood tones and copper give this table a rustic feel, but the tulips in silver pitchers add a sense of femininity.

pine cone tablescape

This last table is extremely rustic and I feel like it belongs in a log cabin in the woods.

The table is set with many organic touches, including the pine cones, bark napkin holders and wicker chargers.
