thankful, grateful, blessed

I’m thankful for my family who surround me on this important day.

Thankful

I’m grateful for this home I share with my family.

Thankful1

I’m blessed to live in this country that celebrates this fabulous tradition.

Thankful2

Being born and growing up throughout South America, II was always fascinated by this holiday, which was so foreign to us.Thankful3
It was our American friends throughout all the countries we lived in that introduced me to this celebration and shared all the customs.

Thankful4

I learned all about the history in school, but it’s another thing to see the decorations and smell the flavors of Thanksgiving and taste the delicious feast.

Thankful5

I’ve lived in the USA for decades now and I’m thankful to call myself an American.

  Thankful6

Grateful to enjoy an American life with this wonderful tradition.

Thankful7

Blessed to share it all with my family and instill so many traditions that will be carried forward.

Thankful8

I’m ready for our Thanksgiving holiday and I’ve started to inject some christmas magic as well.

Thankful9

Notice the truck and holiday wreath on the window I just shared about my target escape here.

Thankful10

Here are all the details on the burlap|chalkboard banner, thankful wreath, pumpkin sign and burlap sac.

Thankful11

I love how the porch looks right now but super excited to start morphing it into Christmas goodness like this…
  Thankful12
Thankful thru and thru!  Wishing all health & happiness this Thanksgiving.
“I am thankful for what I am and have.  My Thanksgiving is perpetual.”

You sure decorated wonderfully, love every bit of it. What a gorgeous porch to celebrate Thanksgiving and Fall.
We had our front porch decorated as always but this year kept getting rain so had to pull all indoors several times. Did decorate inside somewhat. Our living room is small so not much room to do much without feeling overdone but we enjoy what we do have every year. I put Fall away and wait for week or so after Thanksgiving before I start Christmas.
This year we got paid (SS) on 11/22 but won’t get paid again until 2 days after Christmas so am making gifts for family and friends more than usual this year. Hope they all love what I make.
Do you make gifts for holidays?
