fall mantel & fireplace It’s the first day of September and I started to decorate for fall inside. I started with the living room mantel which is always a fun spot to decorate. I’m sharing the mantel, fireplace & hearth. the whole kit & caboodle. The whole enchilada. The whole nine yards. I’ll stop now. I’ll let the pictures do most of the talking. I used my collection of verdigris urns & some mercury glass items. Accented with wheat, feathers, dried hydrangeas & pine cones. Love the mix of shiny with rustic. Always. Have you started to decorate for fall yet? I’ll share more fall decor real soon so make sure to pop back in. Love your different mantel decorations also. How lucky too have a fireplace and hearth to decorate.
Very rich looking with the metals.
Happy weekend
The natural elements you’ve chosen are just right with the mixed metals.

I love the muted tones and mix of textures, especially the feathers and the wheat. I am on the hunt this year for some wheat bunches myself. And you can never go wrong with dried hydrangeas!
