School is back in session, which to me always signifies summer is over and fall is here.
Now of course when I went to school we started school after Labor Day and although the kids seem to start earlier and earlier nowadays the emotion remains the same to me.
The start of school = fall
All the fall posts I’ve shared so far this year are crafts & decor from previous years since I haven’t started decorating for fall yet .
I did take out all the bins and start to organize myself for fall so I added these metal pumpkins to my galvanized garden vignette.
They work right into the look and feel on this section of the patio and fit in perfectly.
You can read the story behind these pumpkins from last year.
On a personal note we attended both back to school nights for Master & Miss Masterpiece at the high school & middle school respectively. And I’m sad to say that it was our last back to school night at the middle school. {sniff, sniff}. I feel like my kiddos are growing up faster and faster as each year passes.
And most importantly praying for all the folks affected by hurricane harvey.
Pumpkins on the vine let you know it’s autumn time.
Love your very imaginative and different, in good way, Fall display. Am crazy about anything galvanized. Hobby Lobby in Grand Junction had interesting display for Fall in their lobby, several metal pieces. Am always interested in something different than usual decorations. Very nicely done.
Happy weekend
I absolutely love those galvanized pumpkins! They really work well with what you’ve got going on out there:) I know what you mean about school and fall, I totally agree. We’ve been to one out of three back to school nights:) All are in high school now, can’t believe it! Thanks for sharing at Vintage Charm!

Love the collection. The metal looks great with the purple & orange pops of color.
Thanks for sharing at Reader Tip Tuesday last week …. can’t wait to see what you bring to the party this week.
