flea market finds

So on the first day of November I was ready to start thinking about the holiday season ahead ⇒ Thanksgiving & Christmas!
Flea markt1
I went to the Alameda antique points faire which happens on the 1st Sunday of every month.
And every month life seems to interfere and I haven’t been able to make it in a very long time.
Flea markt2
I went with somewhat of a mental wish list and all my finds were things that I want and|or have been thinking about for awhile.
There were so many great things; some reasonably priced and some not so much, which did NOT come home with me.
There was so much wonderful eye candy and fabulous inspiration!
Flea markt7
I found an old sled with some awesome patina.
Very little red left which is perfect for me.
I’ve been wanting one for awhile & I got it for a great price thanks to my cousin’s negotiating skills.
Can’t wait to use it on my Christmas porch decor.
Flea markt4
I also got these three grain sacks and I have some plans that I hope I can execute properly.
I’ll share when I’m done.
Flea markt6
The small Christmas tablecloth is for a specific purpose in the kitchen, which I’ll be happy to share once I deck the halls.
Flea markt3
I  pick up silver plate appetizer forks from the same vendor here & there.
I have about 30+ which are great when entertaining.
I wasn’t looking to add anymore right now but my aunt had asked my cousin to get some since she loves when I use them @ home.
Well, while digging around we found one with a monogrammed “M” and yup it had to come home with me.  Had.to.
Flea markt5
I have some projects ahead of me that I’m excited about and also a bit nervous that they come out how I hope.
Flea markt8
I’m also super excited to start crafting, baking and decorating for the holidays.
Happy Times!
